Most of my food is what people would consider “clean”. I consider it nourishing and tasty. I’m not one for eating things I don’t like that are nourishing like liver but I’m also not one for eating foods I like but aren’t nourishing, like Cheetos. Except for sometimes. All the recipes are my own unless noted otherwise.
(Please note my recipes may or may not reflect my current eating habits. Like my workouts, my food changes as I read new research and learn about my body. For instance, I no longer use agave nectar. If you have a question feel free to ask in the comments.)
