No excuses now!

Before I left this morning I threw some chicken and spices in the crock pot so I could make a chicken taco salad, without chips and only a little cheese, for myself tonight and my family could have burritos. I’m looking to find 7 meals that I love or at least truly enjoy so I could rotate through those weekly. I don’t mind eating the same thing everyday for breakfast or snacks. But for lunches and dinners, I like some variety. Lunches are easy because I make enough for leftovers the next day. After dinner I weighed and divided what was left into 4 oz portions and stuck them in the freezer. Now I have no excuses for lazy nights or days when I’m pressed for time!
