Kicked Down by Coffee

I drove down to LA today to film a scene for a webisode I’m in. On the drive home, I got super duper tired and decided to stop at McDonald’s for a Filet O’Fish. What? Just kidding.  I got a sugar free Premium Ice coffee. “Premium” cracks me up. It’s McDonald’s. I got my burst of energy from the caffeine but as soon as I got home I was on the toilet sick. Ugh. Then I spent some more time online “researching” and saw so many lean muscular legs I decided that I would try to go on a run even though I had just gotten sick. I was about a mile form my house when I decided I wasn’t going to make it after all. I thought all the lean bodies and seriously considered going to the park bathrooms to take care of my business, then I could finish my run. But my stomach was churning so loud, I decided I would just turn around to walk home. I made it…whew. My advice is to avoid McDonald’s Premium Ice Coffee.  Actually I would advise to avoid McDonald’s all together but sometimes to avoid stress it really is the most convenient choice.

I spent the rest of the day doing more “research”. I’m spending way too much time on the internet. I’m really trying to learn to only spend time doing things that are really adding to my life and not stealing from my life.  I think it’s called “discipline”.  😉 The internet definitely stole a portion of my life from me today. But I’m not going to obsess on that either.  I’m going to move on and try to be more mindful of my time management in the future.
