So this is not really fluffy and probably no longer Friday for you but in CA it’s still Friday and I love alliteration so fluffy it is.
According to US weekly, America’s most reliable news source, that “America’s Toughest Trainer” Jillian Michaels is being hit with a third lawsuit this month. A woman in CA [...]
Sometimes my victories feel trite. Tonight was one of those nights. The writer of one of my favorite blogs posted that she has been diagnosed with cancer. There’s been too much news about cancer lately. I wish it would just go away. Her post about it is both disappointing and inspiring. You can read it [...]

The first wheel of the Hero-mobile. (Man, that is dorky sounding.)
My opinions regarding my most and least favorite subject.
Food
Eat reasonable portions of REAL food and drink a lot of water. It can be that simple. Really.
What’s a reasonable portion and what is real food? Does this mean I can never eat [...]

The week I’m doing a 4-part series on beginning a health quest. I realize many of my regular readers are already on that road so please bear with me this week as I cover what you already know. Remember these are just my experiences please feel free to add your experiences and insights.
