I’m glad your back and hip are better; it’s amazing what a difference regular exercise can make! I had awful lower back pain several years ago (couldn’t turn over in bed, couldn’t get up, etc.), and it completely went away with regular barre workouts and yoga.

I saw the pic of your new RV on FB. Can’t wait to see more! :)
