		<description><![CDATA[I agree on the amrap/amrac. I no longer push myself to the limit- I realize that if I want to be here on earth training for a long time, I&#039;d better not do things that my body might not like in the long run. I&#039;ve really minimalized and I&#039;m glad for it. I have done snatches but I think I need to improve my technique b/c I get the dreaded &#039;thonk&#039; sometimes. Usually by the time I&#039;ve done a few, it doesn&#039;t happen anymore, but still!

Yes, I procrastinate all the time- i have 200 newsletters in my inbox that I want to read but have no time for, along with about a dozen books and as many magazines. Never enough time.]]></description>
