I think he eats a ton of vegetables from what I have read- and not sure, but I believe egg whites- maybe not meat?? He really was ahead of his time. I think the addiction thing is correct too. Today was free day for me and once I start in with the first thing that is sugar laden- — it is all down hill. Well, back on the wagon tomorrow. hope the camping trip is going well. Thanks Jen!
