				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before I left this morning I threw some chicken and <a href="http://www.girl-heroes.com/?p=143" target="_self">spices</a> in the crock pot so I could make a chicken taco salad, without chips and only a little cheese, for myself tonight and my family could have burritos.<span> </span>Iâ€™m looking to find 7 meals that I love or at least truly enjoy so I could rotate through those weekly.<span> </span>I donâ€™t mind eating the same thing everyday for breakfast or snacks.<span> </span>But for lunches and dinners, I like some variety.<span> </span>Lunches are easy because I make enough for leftovers the next day.<span> </span>After dinner I weighed and divided what was left into 4 oz portions and stuck them in the freezer.<span> </span>Now I have no excuses for lazy nights or days when I&#8217;m pressed for time!</p>
