I catch myself with those negative tapes (or is it “cd’s” now?) playing over and over in my head. I get frustrated when the negative stuff comes out of my mouth to “bless” all those around me. :-p

Does your whole family practice Paleo? (I read you keep other things out of the house). That’s amazing to get your family to eat the way you do.
