		<description><![CDATA[I love my Omron pedometer - I commented on Janethas post about this recommending she and others get one! It&#039;s the best way to motivate. I won&#039;t participate in this challenge because to me it would be a cheat since I do this already! I usually get in 20000 steps daily plus I do all the extra stuff she mentioned. So I will cheer you on and say to just clip that Omron on and go!

		<description><![CDATA[I love walking. It&#039;s so good for body and mind. I miss the days when I could put the kid in a stroller and walk to &quot;our park&quot; (which happens to be 2 miles from our house). I walked there pretty much every day, and I really miss it! Unfortunately, lately I seem to have replaced walking with grading papers. Have to figure out a way to grade them while walking... ;)
