 I will keep with the one bell for now then... it&#039;s plenty heavy. It was funny that I just mentioned to my dear Hubby one day that I was thinking about this new kind of work out and he went right out and bought me one. It was too heavy to overhead press at first, but I am making progress. Or at least I was before Christmas. Time to start back to it.
I hope you don&#039;t mind my questions. I have one more. I have been going right into swings without any warm up. Should I be doing something as a warm up first?

One bell works just fine and aside from a slightly wider stance with two bells the technique is the same. Two bells make it a little bit harder to stabilize so your core works a little harder but I don&#039;t find it to be a noticeable difference. The biggest difference for me time. I like to do double presses to save a little time and like like the way two bells feel. You should get another bell as soon as your bell feels too light and you can press it over 5 reps easily. If that is still a struggle then just keep your bell if that is easy you will can decide whether to get another bell of the same weight or a heavier bell. 

Yeah that Southern CA weather is rough. Hang in there. ;-)]]></description>

Yay for snow! We&#039;ve had a very summer-y Winter here in San Diego. It would be fun to get out in the snow to workout. I will have to struggle with just sunshine and warm breezes. ;) No snow for me.
