		<description><![CDATA[Okay now I&#039;m officially embarrassed by my lack of response or should I say by my ridiculously late response.  Anyway...my two cents are if the habit is healthy and it doesn&#039;t compromise your mental well being (or the well being of others) then it&#039;s not so much a problem.  And possibly could be called committed instead of rigid?   If it causes stress, anxiety, or other negative &quot;side effects&quot; then it may be time to change the habit.]]></description>
