We get our csa box on fridays, and it’s honestly one of the highlights of my week. I love opening the box, admiring everything, and planning what i’ll make. oh, and i like opening it by myself so that people (aka hubby and the toddler) don’t start eating “MY” fruits and veggies…. 😉

Tuesdays do sound pretty rad! Bathwash chicken makes me laugh. I just bought my first (laundry) basket of food from my co-op and I have to pick it up at 6:30am Saturday. So much for sleeping in…. I’m worried about how much food I’m going to get for one person, but I figure I can bring some into the office to share as well!

Those are donut peaches! Just as delicious, but way better for you, but I admit to being one of those people that peels the peaches. I have texture issues.

I love that other bloggers make me feel ‘normal’ by getting equally excited by CSA pick-up day. It is seriously one of my weekly highlights to see what fun, fresh, new ingredients are in the box. Yours look delicious — wow, peaches already — making me very jealous!
