Monday: Full body strength workout &amp; 60 minutes elliptical - done 
Tuesday: Barre workout

2-3x 5k training (walk/running intervals, gradually increasing the running; I&#039;m doing a warrior dash on July 30 and want to be able to complete it without collapsing entirely!!)
2x 30-min strength workout 
1x 30-min metabolic workout
