Wonderful story! The lessons about lifetime growth and achievement are so inspiring. I always get trapped into this endpoint mindset, but there is no endpoint – it is a lifelong journey with steps throughout the process.

Love this. Helen is one of the first blogs I read and had become one of my closest friends around these parts. I must admit, I was one of the ones requesting info that lead her to that AMAZING blog series she mentioned.

Helen is quit the beauty inside and out. A real hero. I love her blog and determination. She has inspired me often.

I also did not know that soy did that with the thyroid meds. Good to know!! I take two different ones.

If Helen doesn’t lose another pound (though I’m sure she will) she’s still a gorgeous lady and doing more than most girls I know.
