What a great post. The tragedy in Japan makes me realize how superficial I can be. And how freaking ridiculous that I worry about eating/how I look when they have NOTHING right now. It makes me pray harder, hold my children tighter (they probably are so sick of me) and thank God every darn day.

It’s so true that we tend to get caught up in the little things (weight, hair, Charlie Sheen even!). I remember when my dad suffered brain hemorrhage back in November, I most certainly felt that I need to be grateful for my health and for my memory (since he lost some if his). I know deb was just in japan and I’m so grateful she left before the quake.
But sad things aside, I hope to read about the tournaments and girl hero interviews.
