Yum. Guess I’m saved from the calories as Derek hates artichokes (and I married him anyway). 😉

Fave holiday indulgence would be egg nog but you can imagine I don’t really do that. My mom used to make these amazing fried pizelle type things that are quintessentially swedish. Not doing that either. So we’re down to Christmas tree Peeps and my own peppermint stick smoothies

Too funny (although I should stop being surprised at our similarities I suppose!) but this is my go-to dish at parties too! My proportions are a bit different (two cans of artichokes and parmesan instead of cheddar) but it’s pretty much the same dip. And i LOVE IT. It always gets devoured at every party we go to. I usually bring cut up veggies to serve it with but my fave thing to eat it on is pita chips:)
