I used to take a tablespoon after each meal. Honestly, I’m not sure if I noticed much of a difference though. It may have helped with cravings. Like all supplements I’ve fallen out of the habit as of late. At least I still brush my teeth!!

Loved your post over at Janetha’s site. Question: I’ve read a lot about the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. How did you use it? Did you see noticable benefits?
