		<description>Funnily enough today&#039;s workout was a reverse ladder!  Go CrossFit!!  And I shouldn&#039;t admit this on fellow fitness blog but... I hate rests between sets.  I never take them.  Which means I basically turn every weight lifting program into a circuit:)</description>
