		<description>I love that pic of you!  So cute.  Is Brent also doing the RKC (I always laugh at &quot;RKC&quot; because it&#039;s also Royal Kennel Club- my vet/cousin is always joking about his pure-bred RKC dog :-) )

I don&#039;t ever have a plan, isn&#039;t that weird?  I just wake up and whatever floats my boat is what I do.  I roll in and out of phases of classes I fall in and out of love with, and then other regimens too that I do.  I go through phases where I work out at home, or do the stairs.  So random.  I just know that if I haven&#039;t worked out in about 2-3 days I may as well commit myself to Camarillo (is that mental hospital still there?). :-)</description>

		<description>I use the 35lb only for 2 handed swings, 26lb for one arm and 18lb-20lb snatches. My snatches still need improvement. I wore my heart-rate monitor yesterday when we did 250 one arm swings, I must have burned 300 calories in approx 10mins!! I will no longer run for cardio ever again:)</description>
