I am so glad I found this!! I am doing a 12 week no sweets and no cheat meals- and I am amzed not only at your results- but your DRIVE! I see myself doing a 6 month whole foods challenge as soon as I get the sweets under control! I actually went off sweets the whole month of January and I lost 17 lbs (mostly water weight) and a whole pants size!!! I am also doing p90x too- but I think eating whole foods 90% of the time is whats giving me the results I have longed for!

Thank you for having this site and just opening your life out here!!

Great resolutions Jenn! And forgiveness, I am so glad you added that one. I was driving yesterday and for some reason started thinking back on my snowboarding days when I used to tell myself (while on the slopes), "If you don't fall, you are not challenging yourself!". I thought, "Why don't I ever tell myself that with other areas of my life?" I am so forgiving when doing a new sport but not with other everyday things where we are constantly learning ...

Awwww thanks Alexi!!!! I like that you used the word "enjoy". I'll have to keep that in mind when I'm ordering a salad while staring at the nachos a person is eating at the table across from me. ;) -hugs

I fully agree that resolutions should be a positive change and if we keep that mindset then it's something we should ENJOY doing and carrying on. Accountability is huge.

I have no doubt you'll conquer each and every one of your resolutions and then some! As for #3- I find that sitting quietly and just "being present" works wonders. Good luck! :)
