I set a goal this year to do 10 pull ups. Because pull ups make me feel bad azz despite owning a mini van. I haven’t met that goal. Excuse #1 I haven’t had a pull up bar since I left the gym in February. But last week hubby installed a pull up bar in the garage. Excuse #2 They are haaaard. I saw this helpful video on a message board and wanted to share it with you. It is 7 minutes but worth watching if you can’t do a pull-up but want to. I added some “negatives” to my workout the other day and I was SO SORE. It was great!

IMO one chin up is something to be PROUD of!!! Last year was the first time in my entire life that I could do one!
