Hmmm…I could see where people think Kate Hudson is just slim. You’re right Cameron Diaz doesn’t have much breasts, butt, or waist but she still looks really fit to me. I do admire her choice to stay natural despite the enormous pressure of Hollywood to fit into a mold. I agree old Brittany looked fantastic!!! Janet Jackson didn’t even think of her. She goes through phases of looking awesome too. Jennifer Aniston is another good one! Thanks for commenting!

i disagree about kate hudson or cameron diaz. Cameron has no waist, skinny legs, no calves ( me neither) no butt, no breast.. no nothing…. And kate is just slim i canÂ´t see her like someone really fit.. I prefer… MMm,mmm old times BRitney.. In mtv music awards singing i canÂ´t get no satisfaction and oops i did it again .. she was fit!!! also Janet jackson used to be…. also JEnnifer Aniston, not too much not too little…

Wanda (Mom) – Oh yeah Linda Hamilton’s arms were amazing in The Terminator.

Sal – You crack me up!!! I don’t get people saying Madonna looks “manly”. She looks like a woman to me. Albeit a woman with muscles but still a woman!

Brandi – Jessica Simpson had really great legs in those Daisy Dukes. I bet she did a million squats and lunges. I don’t know any celebrity trainers but my guess is the fit celebrities (not the the skinny ones) eat squeaky clean, strength train, and do cardio. And they probably do HIIT cardio since they probably don’t have hours to workout everyday. Yeah there is so much info out there that’s why I like keep it simple and stick to the basics. I’ve been working on a post about this very topic. It sounds like you are working on the right things and no doubt that you will have those Kelly Ripa shoulders if you keep it up!

How about Jessica Simpson back when she was in her Daisy Dukes? I think she had the most amazing legs! I know celebs do the same things we do to look good; eat clean, workout hard + amazing genetics. However, I can’t help but google how Jessica Alba/simpson got those legs, arms, abs. What do they know that I don’t. I guess the info we all get about nutrition and exercise is confusing, misleading and sometimes contradictory. South beach, Atkins, the food pyramid, cardio or weights. For me part of this “health odyssey” has been separating the truth from the fiction and finding what really works. I think that is part of the difficulty, it takes so long to search out the truth. Hard work, no shortcuts and consistency thats what I’m working on now, I just hope I find some Kelly Ripa shoulders one day!

I have never been too fond of Madonna for her “wholesomeness” either, but I do have to admire her hard work at the gym. I am just a year younger than Madonna- and given the choice of looking like most 50 year olds or looking “manly” – I will take “manly” any day

This is a bit dated but Linda Hamilton in the Terminator film is one of the earliest women I remember being so fit. Memba her pull ups ??? When she was shooting the terminator her arms really showed their strength. Plus I liked her attitude…..determination….just like you !
