		<description>Hi Jenn!  This is my first time commenting and I want to say I appreciate your blog with all of your great information.  I have a question for you.  I just started an eating and workout program similar to BFL to lose my last 30 pounds.  But on some days I am extremely hungry.  I know people mention more water or more veggies to help curb the appetite.  Some days it doesn&#039;t seem to help.  I don&#039;t know if I should add more lean protein but I also don&#039;t want to go overboard with the amount of protein.  Do you have any tips?  Thanks.</description>
