Thanks for all the information you posted. Its really helping me and Im using it as my guide and i check this site everday for the woderful tips. I have a question. How many hours a day do you work out? I go to the gym once a day and work out for an hour. The rest of the day I m moderatively active. Walk to work, walk around doing chores, sit at my desk (desk job)... Any help is appreciated.]]></description>
