I did the Body for Life program about 8 years ago and I too can say that Bill knows what he is talking about!  I wish I had my pictures to show but I did transform by body, mind and spirit with this lifestyle.  Now I am back to my old flabby self but today discovered your site (Amiee shared it with me) and appreciate the motivation!  Love you!
