Your first list is great….the second is, as you say, much more challenging. I thought I had the eye-rolling thing checked off, until I read the parantetical statement. Do I get half a point for rolling my eyes when the annoying people are looking? How else will they know they are being annoying?!?!

Yep shrimp are shellfish. Little tasty scavengers. I eat them once in while if a friend serves them but for the most part I've learned to look at them and laugh cuz they are sort of funny looking. I just bought plain stainless steel pans. I've also heard anodized are good. Here's a link to a quick read on pans.
